Welcome
I am an experienced BACP registered Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor practising in London, Suffolk and online.
On this website you'll find information about my practice, training and experience, as well as practicalities such as fees and contact details.
Please do get in touch if you have questions or would like to arrange an initial consultation.
Therapy
I offer individual talking therapy online and in person from my practice rooms in Hackney, London and just outside Woodbridge, Suffolk.
As an Integrative therapist I am trained to draw from a range of therapeutic approaches including humanistic, psychodynamic and attachment based, IFS, and somatic based models. I am interested in looking at both the here and now, and where current patterns and distress may be related to early experiences and relationships. I offer a tailored approach, adapting to fit the individual needs and circumstances of each client.
My approach is warm, flexible and collaborative. My primary focus is building a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe to explore whatever brings them to therapy.
I offer short, medium or long term work, depending on your circumstances and hopes for therapy.
If you are interested but unsure whether counselling and psychotherapy is right for you, or would like to ask any questions please feel free to get in touch. I offer an initial 15 minute telephone/video call free of charge to answer questions and get a sense of whether you'd like to book an initial session.
The initial session is opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy, your hopes, and crucially whether you feel comfortable working together. If we decide to go ahead we will then agree logistics, such as frequency and time and take it from there.
If for any reason I’m not able to help, I always aim to offer alternative referral options.
